A light hearted and sweet session open to all levels, whether you are experienced and looking for slower gentle more restorative yoga, or restarting and wanting a platform to propel you back into your practice after a break, or just wanting regular gentle yoga sessions that works at your level, this is a warm and lovely yoga session full of ease and grace. Originally designed for the winter months, with a philosophical slant and a bit of learning, this holistic gentle yoga gives you a touch of depth within your physical practice. All Welcome

Iyengar Yoga with Sadie

Wednesdays 7.00- 8.15pm - STARTS 23rd APRIL (No class 16th July)

Suitable for beginners and those with experience. Classes are structured, fun and safe, a mixture of movement, reflection and rest, with emphasis on sequence so you benefit deeply from the asanas (postures).

Iyengar Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga, the particular method developed by BKS Iyengar and maintained by his family lineage directly from India.

It is a thorough and safe system for all, with a focus on alignment and precise detail. Teachers are trained to a very high standard and are committed to maintaining the tradition, honoring the ancestors of this art and science.

Yoga is a subject like any other; learn it, practice, refine, go deeper. From ancient lineage, the Science, through precision and alignment, and the Art, through individual expression, combine.
